1.Measure the circumference of the base of the winch. Be sure to be a little generous and if the base is teak, be sure this is included in the height of your cover. Also measure the top of the winch and let us know what type it is.
2.Measure the top as you did the base. It would help if we know what make and size each of the winches are.
